The Holy Trinity of Fitness!

The first in a series.

POPPABEAR’S LAWS OF FITNESS.

Law #1

Always observe the Holy Trinity of Fitness.

The Holy Trinity of Fitness is the following:

Exercise.

Nutrition.

Support.

Exercise – Cardio and Resistance in a consistent manner. Correct form and weight, testing and taxing your body. Building and testing your machine 6 times a week with a rest day for recovery on the 7th. The correct amount of sleep your body needs to recover daily also falls under this aspect.

Nutrition- The best fuel you can put into your body. This will be different for all. Constant tracking, evaluation, and observation will allow you to fine tune your nutrition to the needs of your body.

Support- This arm of the trinity is the foundation of true strength. It offers accountability, motivation, and education. It must be given and taken in equal amounts to be truly effective.

Observe this law, and take it to heart my brothers and sisters.
